I am dedicated to help you understand different faces and side of abuse that are not discussed well publicly or well known.  I also work well with issues related to single parenting, co-parenting, pre-marital and post divorce interactions, blended families; mood disorders (Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Bipolar, OCD), immigrant or refugee complexities and acculturation, sexuality, same-gender marriage issues, and same-gender-marriage parenting. I am equally passionate about life coaching on issues such as life transitions, career development, and positive self-image consulting. Due to my own years  long battle with cancer, I embrace the opportunity to work with patients facing terminal illnesses, while helping them and their families during the process of grief and loss. My greatest goal and desire is to help you find your self WORTH and embrace it, learn how to listen to your soul and use your intuition, while learning how to self love and feel True Joy....

Ability to manage conflicts, and have a shared purpose in life are possible with careful planning, and desire to place each other first. Love is important but in order to maintain it a couple must learn how to express it.

  • Narcissistic Cycle of Abuse: Stages and Healing from the Trauma  Living trapped in never ending nightmare of shift-blaming, gaslighting, lies, manipulation, poor communication, cheating, withholding affection, controlling behaviors, violating boundaries and disrespect, insults, all leaving you to question yourself and your reality. Learning about the symptoms and patterns of this type of cycle of abuse will lead to ability to disengage and discontinue living in it. The journey is painful but Healing is possible. With proper knowledge you can be empowered and be in charge of your life again.

  • Parenting / Co-Parenting / Blended Families: I use brief, solution-oriented, and supportive intervention when approaching divorcing families. I assist them transition from their spousal relationship to a co-parenting relationship and divorce partnership.  I educate and prepare clients for the successful negotiation of a parenting plan. My hope for divorcing parents is that they will maintain a loving environment for their children. I educate and encourage parents to put the children's needs before their own agenda and shift their focus away from adult issues, to their children's developmental needs instead.

  • Relationship Struggles/ Communication Barriers/ Conflict Resolutions/ Intimacy Challenges/ Rebuilding Trust /Domestic Violence/ Divorce: A marriage once filled with love and dreams is now constant source of tension. Criticism, blaming, stubbornness, passive aggressive responses, and defensiveness are just a few of our deficiencies that have the power to creep into a loving relationship and built walls of resentment and distrust. When not addressed and healed, these feelings will erode intimacy and desire to love. Divorce Coaching is a supportive process that helps reduce the emotional intensity between partners and helps them separate their emotions from legal and practical issues.

  • Life Transitions and Aging/ Grief and Loss/ Chronic IllnessPain has different faces but the heavy feeling of loss and abandonment that comes with the end of a relationship is powerful and life changing. Divorce, chronic illness, empty nest or loss of a loved one brings deep emotional pain that often becomes a driving force for altering behaviors of daily routines. This pain is manageable with right coping skills and new mindset of the one grieving.
